30th June 2005 Thomson Directories Ltd has announced as of today the retirement of its Chairman and Chief Executive Officer Linda Pancratz, shared and agreed with the Italian owners SEAT Pagine Gialle.
Linda Pancratz joined the company in 1995 and was appointed CEO in early 2002. Under her leadership the business has grown substantially and profitably.
"I have been privileged to be associated with Thomson Directories and I am proud of what we have achieved over the past 10 years”, says Pancratz.
Linda Pancratz will be pursuing personal plans.
