Calls you Control has announced that it is to launch a dedicated call centre at its Farnborough headquarters, offering a ‘concierge’ service to the insurance industry.
Adam Beamish, Chief Executive Officer, Calls you Control, said: “Insurers are increasingly refining their targeting; the market has seen a rapid increase in profile specific brands such as Sheilas’ Wheels and Diamond.
“Our new call centre is designed to provide insurers with ‘hot’, pre-profiled leads, matching the exact requirements of the provider, as-and-when they are required.”
Beamish continued: “Calls you Control generates thousands of leads every day and our new concierge team will profile each prospect before passing them through to the most appropriate insurer on our panel.
“It is a bespoke service; if a provider is targeting men over the age of 50, who live in Milton Keynes and with 3 years no claims bonus, these are the leads our team will pass through.”
