Thomson’s new printed directory of
web addresses, WebFinder, is being launched at easyInternetcafés’
seven London shops.
Visitors to easyInternetcafés can pick up a free copy
of the WebFinder directory from prominent point-of-sale bins
as they enter the shops and then easily access the websites
of their choice, on the in-store PCs.

“Our WebFinder directory
is all about making Internet access and usage quick and easy,
and this is why we are pleased to stage a major part of our
launch activities at easyInternetcafés - where similar
principles operate,” said Kendall Gordon,
Director of Marketing and Strategic Development at Thomson
Directories.
Over 1.5million people pass through the
doors of easyInternetcafés each month, and while there
stay on-line for an average of 64 minutes – plenty of
time to search on line for products or services they’ll
buy when they leave.
Thomson’s eye-catching in-store promotional material
– posters and ear-pieces on monitors – focus Internet
users’ attention on the opportunity to sample the WebFinder
directory.
