Businesses across Hampshire and Surrey are being invited to share ideas and learn from others at an Investors in People (IiP) open day, hosted by IiP Champions, Thomson Local.
The day takes place on Tuesday, 4th March between 10.00am and 12.30pm, at the famous, blue directory publisher’s Farnborough headquarters where Thomson Local Human Resources Manager, Sinead Robinson will discuss reward and recognition programmes and talk through the companies journey to IiP Champions.
Robinson said: “As a company, Thomson Local recognises its staff appropriately and as an IiP Champion we look forward to welcoming local businesses and sharing the ways in which staff can be rewarded and recognised. We hope that our experience with IiP will inspire other organisations to get involved with the programme or work towards Champion status.”
